VERTEX Top End Piston Kit fits for Husqvarna TE 300I 2018-2023

• All pistons are heat treated using a T-5 hardening and tempering cycle
• Piston skirts are coated with a high-tech coating made of molybdenum disulfide, shortening the running-in time and extending the life of the pistons
• Manufactured from aluminum alloy with 18% silicone using the gravity casting process, which creates an extremely light but very strong piston
• Silicone reduces the expansion of the piston due to heat, therefore can operate to tighter tolerances than forged pistons
• The high silicone content extends the life of the piston by reducing wear on the piston skirt and making it less susceptible to rattling or breakage
